Utilizing an experience-informed and person-centered approach, I specialize in culturally sensitive, long-term solutions designed around clients' needs — whether they are struggling with hard-to-break psychological patterns, difficult like experiences, or other conditions manifesting in relationship difficulties, anxiety and stress, mood imbalance, dual diagnosis, and other challenges.

My work is tailored and collaborative. Different people need different things at different times, so I don’t use a one-size-fits-all formula. What stays consistent is the intention: to offer a steady, thoughtful space where clients can make sense of what they are carrying, and find a way forward that fits their lives, their values, and their limits.

I work primarily with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and integrate other evidence-based approaches when they’re a better match for specific situations. The aim is not to force change, but to support change that is workable, humane, and sustainable.

The work is responsive: together we clarify what the client wants help with, and we proceed in a way that fits their capacity and circumstances. With couples and co-parents, that often means making space for both perspectives while staying oriented to what is workable over time.

When life is shaped by cultural differences, relocation, high responsibility, or the need for discretion, therapy has to fit reality. I work with many international clients and mixed-cultural couples, and I pay close attention to context, language, and what “support” should mean in your world.
